If you are a local charity or non-profit making group, we may even be able to help at no charge. For the individual or those who need someone they can ring 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for help, then we provide ad-hoc IT support function which is always on a a no-win, no fee basis. ProAction Networks are transparent and always advise of any costs in advance of work being carried out.

ProAction Networks are happy to speak with you over the phone about your problem and determine if we can help without any obligation. If we cannot help then we may know someone who you may wish to try. In many cases we will try to help you determine the problem for no charge. When it becomes apparent as to what is involved to solve your problem, then we can make an estimate of time and give you a clear indication of any cost to yourself.

We are only comfortable in charging a fair price for progress achieved. We will never leave you out of pocket and without a satisfactory solution.
